# 10 - Cozy and Colorful Fall Porch Decorating
This festive fall update of my enclosed porch was easy and budget friendly. It was a perfect spot to enjoy the beautiful weather here in the south well into fall.
#9 - Big Girl Bedroom Reveal
This was one of my favorite projects of the year. Mainly because it was a collaborative effort between my daughter, Kayla and I. I'm a firm believer children should have a say in how their room looks and feels.
#8 - 2016 Summer Home Tour
Admittedly home tours take a lot of work, but they are my favorite type of posts to share and read. It makes me so happy to know that you all really enjoy reading them as much as I enjoy sharing them, as all of my home tour posts are in my top 20 most popular posts.
#7 - A Very Merry Christmas Home Tour Part 1
Did you guys know that red is my least favorite color? Yet I still decided to go with a classic red and white color scheme for my holiday decor and I'm so glad I did. It was so cheerful, but I'm ready for it to go now 😆.
#6 - Painted Pumpkins - Cheap to Pretty Chic!
Painting these cheap dollar pumpkins was one of those spur of the moment project that came out way better than I expected. This was also one of the most fun projects to photographed this year.
#5 - Sewing Table Turned Drink Station
This post has a special place in my heart as one of my very the first posts to really take off. It was a huge milestone for me to have it featured on a major website, by several other bloggers and HomeTalk!
#4 - Fall Home Tour 2016
I love doing seasonal home tours and this one was my favorite of the year. It also was the first home tour video I posted on my YouTube channel, and so far it has gotten over 17k views!
# 3 - How to Update Thrifted Lamps in 3 Easy Steps

#2 - One Room Challenge Master Bedroom Reveal
Seeing this post as my number 2 most popular of the year was quite a surprise because I only published it in November. It was certainly a pressure filled makeover that tested my resolve, and I honestly almost gave up. I'm so glad I stuck with it, and even happier to see that you all like the end results as much as I did.
#1 - My One Year Ikea Ektorp Review & Cleaning Tips
When I first wrote this post I would've never thought it would be my most popular post of the year. I actually had some trepidations about publishing it because of how long the post was even after I edited it. I thought surely no one would want to read such a wordy post. I'm happy to see I was wrong!
I have so much more to learn when it comes to this thing called blogging, but I'm so proud of where I've gotten so far. I appreciate you all sticking with me as I go through this journey!
It's been fun and eye opening to see what you all really enjoyed reading, and I look forward to another year of sharing easy and affordable home decor and DIY ideas and inspiration with you!
