5 Ingredient Slow Cooker Kielbasa Bites

Hey friends! Sometimes the most unlikely set of ingredients can create something surprisingly delicious. This 5 ingredient slow cooker kielbasa bites recipe is a good example of that.

When my seven-year-old and I went shopping for the ingredients to make this slow cooker kielbasa recipe as part of our fall break kickoff on Monday. She said with a frown, "these are funny things to cook together".  Then immediately followed that up with "but the sausage is still yummy!" Adding a lip licking action to prove she meant it I guess.

Her general pickiness when it comes to food aside. She's right, on both counts.

Blackberry jam, steak sauce, mustard, and allspice are pantry staples I don't often see paired together.

Nevertheless, these 5 ingredients leave you with a lip-smacking sweet and tangy glaze, that works wonderfully with the kielbasa sausage!

This 5 ingredient slow cooker kielbasa bites require very little effort to make. Cutting up the sausage, and dumping all the ingredients into a slow cooker is the extent of it.

Making this recipe perfect as an easy appetizer you can make while getting ready for your guest to arrive. And of course, these perfectly poppable slow cooker kielbasa bites would also make a great addition to any game day spread.

Just be sure to make enough, they do go fast!

Actually, while in the middle of taking photos for this post, I caught a certain someone right in the act of swiping one {or three} LOL. So they are also kid approved.

The recipe is below. I hope you like it as much as my family and I do.
