A big thanks goes to Paper Mart and Silk Plants Direct for sponsoring the Merry and Bright Holiday Tour. I was provided free products but as always all thoughts and opinions are my own. I’ve also added some affiliate links for your convenience.
Hey friends! Welcome to part 2 of my Christmas home tour. I’ve joined my talented blogger friends again for the Merry and Bright Holiday Home Tour 2016! If you missed week 1 you can catch it HERE!
If you’re coming from Heather’s at My Life Well Loved welcome!
Unlike my other home tours, I shared my living room first with you. So, today I’m going to show you around the entry and dining room.
As soon as you walk into the house there is a full view of the tree, which I love.
All the wrapping paper and beautiful ribbons {I’m a ribbon hoarder you guys ?} is from Paper Mart. They have a wonderful selection of wrapping paper and ribbons for all occasions.
To keep things cohesive, I continued the classic red and white color palette in the entryway and dining room.
This beautiful boxwood wreath from Silk Plants Direct is possibly my favorite piece in the entryway. I tucked in a wooden noel sign from Target’s One Spot into it. What I love about boxwood wreaths is that it can stay out year round.
I put this vintage skate printable together just for this tour and I will share it tomorrow with you.
Filling a vase with ornaments is one of my go to Christmas decor ideas. It’s easy and inexpensive.
I also created these printable gift tags. I’ll share them tomorrow along with the vintage skate printable.
The minute I saw this trio of pillows from Target, I knew they would be a cute addition to my dining room. The room is fairly neutral so they also add a nice pop of color.
For the table centerpiece I kept it super simple. I added fresh greenery and some faux berries to my collection of thrifted milk glass vases along with some votive candle holders. I put them on a cakestand to give it some height.
For just a touch more color and fun I added two large red glass ornaments I found at HomeGoods. Along with two mercury glass orbs {I really love symmetry you guys}. They were an after Christmas sale buy last year from World Market.
One of my very very favorite vintage finds are these large brass deers! I moved them from the entryway where I had them for my fall home tour.
This “vase” is actually a cookie jar {another after Christmas sale purchase from World Market 3 years ago}. The shape is perfect for holding fresh greenery while adding a little festive flair.
I hope you enjoy taking a peek inside my home, and got a bit of inspiration for your own holiday decor. I will be back next Wednesday for the final week of the .
Next on the Merry and Bright Holiday Home Tour is Debbie from Refresh ReStyle. Be sure to check out her wonderful decor!
