5 Easy ways to upgrade your rental bathroom

Hey friends! I'm back with another round of The Best Renters Hacks series hosted by my blogging buddy Kathy from Up To Date Interiors.

This time I'm sharing 5 easy way to upgrade your rental bathroom.

5 Easy Ways To Upgrade Your Rental Bathroom | the home i create

Like I shared in my rental kitchen post, I'm very familiar with rentals. As a current renter, I know some rental bathrooms can leave a little something to be desired.  However, I'm hoping these 5 easy bathroom hacks can inspire you to take the leap and upgrade your rental bathroom.

We renters deserve to have a lovely bathroom too, right?!

5 Easy ways to upgrade your rental bathroom

*Please pin these projects from the original source*

1 -  Inadequate storage is a common dilemma we renters face in our bathrooms. Head on over to Craftivity Designs, where Lora shares 10 awesome tips for small bath storage. These tips will work wonders for renters and non-renters alike.

2 -  Sometimes the only real problem with a rental bathroom is, it just needs a bit of style and color. See how Kallie from But First Coffee added major personality to her rental bathroom with temporary wallpaper and art.

3 - I'm thinking I can safely assume most of us are familiar with the plain flat mirrors that are a staple in rental bathrooms {and builder grade homes}. Add some character to those plain mirrors with this awesome DIY removable mirror frame Lauren created at Lamour Chez Nous.

4 - Dated and/or unattractive countertops are usually par for the course when renting. Anika from Anika's DIY Life, show us how to get a beautiful marble countertop look that is both budget and renter friendly!

5 - Another mainstay in a lot of rental bathrooms are the beige/tan/sand {you pick LOL} colored flooring. Cuckoo 4 Design shows us how she updated her beige and white checkerboard floors with contact paper. The result is stunning.

Now head on over to Up To Date Interiors for more great tips from Kathy for your rental bathroom and laundry room! Kathy is the master at making rentals look amazing!
