Hey you guys! Sooo are you sensing a theme with my fall decor this year?
Last week I shared my easy neutral fall decor in the entryway and office. Today I'm sharing my neutral fall living room decor.

Painted Pumpkins – Cheap To Pretty Chic!
Just like with my neutral fall decor in the office and entryway. My take on a neutral fall living room decor is not only using white and beige everything.
It's more that I didn't use the traditional warm colors like oranges and reds commonly associated with fall.
Just keeping it real I struggle when it comes to decorating my mantel, you guys. So I try to keep it as simple as possible.
In addition to my faux plants that are always there. I added lantern filled with some white baby boo pumpkins, a small piece of driftwood, and a candle holder elevating a glass pumpkin.

As you can see there is no shortage of blue in this space, along with touches of green. By using fall decor in the living room in the same color palette, I was able to use mostly pieces I already had.
Honestly, I don't have a lot of money to spend on home decor right now {let alone seasonal decor}. So the only thing I purchased for this fall update is the fresh greenery and some pumpkins.
Silver dollar eucalyptus is like my new favorite fall greenery. The organic shape it creates naturally is fantastic. That's fancy talk for I like how bushy and floppy it is LOL.

I kept my coffee table styling very simple. I lined my favorite decorative bowl {old from Target} with wine corks and just simply placed some pumpkins on top.
Can you believe these cute velvet looking pumpkins were only a $1 each from Target's One Spot?! They sold out in my local Target in just a day or two.
At this point it's no secret that fall is my favorite season, but do you know why? Well, partly it's because I love the cool crisp weather.
So when adding seasonal touches to my home for fall, my main goal is to create a sense of coziness.
Using plenty of cushy pillows, warm soft throws, and even candles all add to that cozy feeling that is perfect for fall.

I have to say this year my favorite element in my fall living room decor is this the pumpkin display. I used the DIY dollar painted pumpkins I shared last year and different size glass cloches.
The ones with the white base are actually old clocks from the thrift store that I took apart and painted the base white.

I totally love the neutral colors ... i never really cared for orange so this was up my alley... great look without the over kill
Linda P. says
Thank you Jamala! I don't mind orange but when it's all plastic leaves and pumpkins it can be a bit much.
