If you saw my neutral fall decor in the office and entryway, you know pumpkins and dough bowls are a match made in fall decor heaven.
I wanted to add a little touch of fall to our dining table. However, after turning our formal dining room into my office, this is now where we eat all our meals.
Which means I needed something I could move out of the way quickly and easily when it's time to eat, do homework, projects, you get the idea.
That's where this simple pumpkin centerpiece come in!

Simple Pumpkin Centerpiece
I grabbed this dough bowl that I got on clearance from Target in the spring. And, with just a few decorative pieces I was able to create this simple pumpkin centerpiece in under 10 minutes.
White baby boo pumpkins are my favorite to decorate with for fall, and since I already had some lying around the house I used those. The gold antlers I found in my Fall decor stash was a perfect tie-in to the gold touches in my coffee bar {I will be sharing that tomorrow} directly across from the table.

My favorite element in this centerpiece is the faux fig floral stem I got from Michaels. I was able to cut up the one large stem to create 4 smaller ones. It's just the touch of color this otherwise neutral centerpiece needed.
All in all, this pumpkin centerpiece was a cinch to put together. I adore how it turned out! Plus, it's awesome that I can just pick it up and move the whole thing when we need to use the table.
So there you have it, my simple pumpkin centerpiece. What do you think?
That's not all! There's more awesome inspiration from the other talented bloggers on the October Vignette blog hop!
So be sure to pay them a visit!

I simply adore this centerpiece, Linda! I'd never heard of a dough bowl, but recognize seeing something like it at home decor stores. I guess I know what I'll be shopping for next 😉 Love how simple this was to create, too 🙂
