The top 10 decor and DIY ideas of 2018! Did you favorite make the list?

Happy New Year friends! 

I realized recently when talking to people, I still say I just moved. But it's been a year LOL! That's how quickly 2018 came and went for me.

Last year was an emotional rollercoaster that started with a very abrupt move to Georgia from Tennessee at the start of January for a career opportunity.

While we were grateful for this new opportunity. Moving with school age kids during the holidays and in the middle of the school year was a little hectic, to say the least.

This was followed by months of uncertainty and self-doubt around my own abilities especially when it came to blogging.

I just couldn't seem to find my footing, making last year the hardest for me as far as a blogging since I launched my blog in November of 2015. 

It really wasn't until the fall that I felt like I was slowly getting back into my blogging groove again.

Which is why it came as a surprise that I won the AMARA interior blog award for best design inspiration blog.  

I know this to be true for sure that I would not be writing this blog post without your support!

Even when I went weeks between blog posts. There was always a kind comment being left here on the blog, someone sharing my work, or messages asking after me.

And this truly is what gave me the motivation to keep going and share my home with you which hopefully inspired your own home decor journey.

 I cannot say enough how thankful I am for you!

Sorry {not sorry}, for the long intro but I really needed to say that!
