Hey friends! I'm back with another holiday decor post for you!
This time I'm joining 17 talented ladies to share my Christmas home decor as part of the Our Homes For The Holidays blog hop.
If you're coming from House Of V Decor or any of the other amazing bloggers on this tour, welcome!
Let's start the tour in the first space you see in our home, the entryway.
This area has changed quite a bit over the last 2 years. The final look I landed on with the Everet table and large arched mirror is my favorite!
For our Christmas home decor this year, I decided to for a more neutral look. The polar opposite of last years traditional red and white color scheme.
This small pair little urns where a $5 yard sale find from several years ago. They were originally a bronzy color. I spray painted them with textured spray paint to give them a plaster look.
The little trees are from Target's Dollar Spot. I added the berry napkin rings {also a yard sale find} for a little color.
Right off the entry is my office.
In actuality, this is our formal dining room that I transformed into my office in the spring during the One Room Challenge.
My office is a total departure when it comes to the rest of my holiday decor. I went all out pink feminine flair with the full encouragement from my daughter LOL.
I just love how this little Christmas tree came out. You can see my review of this $25 Walmart tree on my YouTube channel.
I decided to display my vintage ornaments in an apothecary jar, I love all the fun colors.
Like I shared in this post, Christmas ornaments in a pretty container is literally the easiest Christmas decor idea ever!
We usually wrap gifts sitting on the floor, but this year my desk {really a dining table} has turned out to be the perfect spot for wrapping gifts. My old lady back is very grateful for this upgrade hehe.
Right around the corner is our living room, which overlooks our breakfast nook and kitchen.
As you can see the look in here is night and day compared to my office, but I love this look just the same.
You can read all about my mercury glass Christmas tree in this post.
Both the bowl and black ornaments are both from Magnolia's Hearth and Hand for Target line. The bowl was a surprise birthday gift from hubby, someones been reading the blog LOL.
I kept my mantel fairly simple. Unlike years past, I swapped out my faux Ikea topiaries {currently on the sideboard in my office} for a trio of candle holders both glass and mercury glass.
If you saw my Magnolia Hearth and Hand for Target haul video, you might recognize the lambs ear garland. I tucked into it a pair of gold antlers, three of these mercury glass orbs {I got them from World Market years ago}, and of course some twinkling lights.
With this serving as our main dining area {not to mention HW area, craft area, bill paying area, etc...} our little breakfast nook is one of the hardest working spaces in our home.
My coffee bar, that's currently also a hot cocoa station is right across from our dining table. You can see a little sneak peek of it in the background. I will be sharing it on the blog next week.
With that in mind, I opted not to add any decor to the table. Unless the decor is edible of course :).
Thank you for stopping by today friends! I hope you enjoyed this Christmas home tour, I certainly had fun sharing my Christmas home decor with you!
